Useful tools for corporate law issues
In-house counsel and decision-makers from other departments are regularly confronted with corporate law issues in their day-to-day work. In many cases, a standardised response based on predefined criteria and indicators is possible. That is exactly what we provide with our CMS corporate tools.
Developed by our Corporate/M&A practice, the CMS corporate tools offer convenient access to interactive tools and overviews covering key aspects of corporate governance and corporate housekeeping, all on an online platform.
What the CMS corporate tools offer
The CMS corporate tools bring together useful information for you covering four areas. The Corporate Calendar helps you keep track of the key deadlines for your company (GmbH or AG) during the course of a financial year, along with the relevant action items. You can define size categories for corporations with just a few clicks. The composition and duties of governance bodies within the company (GmbH and AG) are then displayed. We have also assembled information on all the thresholds laid down in the One-Third Participation Act (Drittelbeteiligungsgesetz) and the Co-Determination Act (Mitbestimmungsgesetz).
The corporate tools are available to use free of charge 24/7 via the Internet. You do not require an account to access the CMS corporate tools and your personal data will not be collected or processed.
Your feedback on our corporate tools
We want to continue improving the CMS corporate tools and to add new features. We would therefore welcome any feedback. You are welcome to send us suggestions and questions at any time via this link or by e-mail to contact@cms-hs.com.
