We have also assembled information on all the thresholds laid down in the One-Third Participation Act (Drittelbeteiligungsgesetz) and the Co-Determination Act (Mitbestimmungsgesetz).

The corporate tools are available to use free of charge 24/7 via the Internet. You do not require an account to access the CMS corporate tools and your personal data will not be collected or processed.
