Stuttgart – Bechtle AG is further expanding its strong presence in the Netherlands by acquiring Fondo ICT Professionals B.V., a specialist in VMware and software. This adds a service provider for the modern workplace, multi-cloud and software-as-a-service (SaaS) to Bechtle AG’s portfolio of services. Fondo will be fully integrated into Bechtle’s Dutch subsidiary PQR B.V. at the Utrecht location. Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.
A CMS team headed by Dr Tobias Schneider advised Bechtle AG on all legal aspects of the acquisition. MDAX-listed and TecDAX-listed IT group Bechtle is a longstanding CMS client. Previous work by CMS for Bechtle included advising on its recent acquisition of British value-added reseller Tangible Benefit.
