Tobias Schneider advises private equity funds and strategic investors on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, acting on the buyers‘ as well as sellers‘ side. He also advises companies on establishing and dissolving joint ventures and assists investors with public takeovers (public to private transactions) as well as with all aspects of corporate and capital markets law. Alongside his private equity know-how, Tobias has special life sciences, transport and logistics sector expertise.

Tobias joined CMS in 2001 and was seconded to New York firm Alston & Bird in 2006. He has been a CMS partner since 2007 and currently also co-heads the firm’s private equity excellence cluster.
