Maximilian Eitelbuss specialises in advising on M&A projects involving financial investors. One particular focus area of his work is equity financing rounds for start-up and scale-up companies.
Maximilian's clients include financial investors from the growth, venture capital and private equity segments as well as numerous start-ups. He also advises the venture capital units of corporate groups.
Maximilian has been with CMS since 2021. He was appointed to the position of Counsel in 2026.
