Stuttgart – Bechtle AG has acquired Grupo Solutia Tecnologia S.L., a leading IT service provider in Spain. Grupo Solutia, headquartered in Seville, focuses on the public sector and generated sales of EUR 100 million in the last financial year. With this acquisition, Bechtle is further expanding its portfolio and positioning in Spain and consistently continuing its internationalisation strategy.
An international CMS team headed by lead and client relationship partner Dr Tobias Schneider and Spanish lead partner Dr Luis Miguel de Dios provided Bechtle with comprehensive legal advice on this cross-border transaction together with an M&A team from CMS Spain (Madrid). Bechtle has relied on CMS and Dr Tobias Schneider for many years, and this transaction allowed them to benefit from the international CMS network.
