CMS advises Christ & Wirth Haustechnik on majority investment by Storskogen

Frankfurt/Main – Swedish group Storskogen has taken a majority stake in installation specialist Christ & Wirth Haustechnik GmbH. The acquisition is aimed at supplementing the Storskogen Group’s installation expertise and expanding the Group’s services in Germany. Founding shareholder Frank Wirth will retain a significant minority stake and remain in his role as sole managing director. Further details of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to the customary merger control conditions and is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2022.

A CMS team headed by Dr Joachim Dietrich advised the founding shareholder on all legal aspects of the transaction.
