Matthias Löhle advises on German and international M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures and restructurings. His clients include German and international groups and medium-sized companies as well as financial investors. He also advises companies and entrepreneurs on general corporate law matters.

Matthias joined CMS in 2020 as a counsel. Prior to that, he had been practising at Hengeler Mueller since 2013, including a secondment in the legal department of Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt.
