CMS advises founder and majority shareholder of premium burger restaurant chain Hans im Glück on sale of shares to investor group

Frankfurt/Main – Thomas Hirschberger, founder of the Hans im Glück premium burger grill concept and the majority shareholder in Hans im Glück Franchise GmbH, has sold his shares to a group of investors. The investors include the founders of the BackWerk franchise system, Dr Dirk Schneider and Dr Hans-Christian Limmer. The details of the deal were not disclosed.

A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Oliver Wolfgramm advised Thomas Hirschberger on all legal aspects of the entire sales process. CMS previously acted on behalf of Thomas Hirschberger on the sale of the Sausalitos restaurant and bar chain, with the team again being led by Dr Oliver Wolfgramm.
