Laura Matarrelli advises German and foreign multinational companies on all areas of individual and collective employment law and represents employers in and out of court. In addition to providing advice in connection with corporate transactions and personnel related restructuring measures she focuses on works constitution and collective bargaining issues as well as the implementation or termination of employment or management contracts. In addition, it supports companies in implementing the Pay Transparency Directive and advises on requirements for transparent remuneration structures, reporting and information processes, and the practical implementation of corresponding compliance measures.
Laura Matarrelli was admitted to the Frankfurt bar in 2012 and worked for an international corporate law firm in the department "Employment, Incentives and Pensions". Subsequently, she worked as a judge at the Frankfurt Regional Court. She joined CMS in Frankfurt in 2016 and has been a counsel since 2019.
