Yvonne Wolfgramm

Yvonne Wolfgramm has long-standing expertise advising German and international companies on all aspects of employment contract and service agreement regulations as well as works council matters. She advises companies and public bodies on developing and implementing strategies that lead to practical solutions for the challenges posed by labor law regulations. Her practice includes working with her clients in the context of transactions and transfers of business, representing them in employment disputes and negotiating with works councils. Yvonne also advises companies on service agreements for the legal representatives of businesses (e.g., managing directors or board members) plus, she has special compliance programme expertise and regularly works on employee data protection issues. Her clients include banks and financial institutions as well as consulting, pharmaceutical and public sector companies.

Yvonne started her legal career with CMS in 1997 and was made partner in 2005.
