Berlin – The founders of Berlin-based performance marketing agency Peak Ace AG have sold 51% of the shares in their company to the independent consulting and media agency My Media Group of France.
The CMS technology team in Berlin headed by Dr Jörg Zätzsch advised the founders of Peak Ace on all legal aspects of selling their shares. The transaction is the third sale of a service company in the digital and online marketing segment on which CMS has advised.
Established in 2007, Peak Ace AG is an international performance marketing agency headquartered in Berlin. More than 110 employees from over 20 countries leverage their language skills to create compelling campaigns. With its technology-driven approach, Peak Ace AG provides flexible data-based solutions for all major performance marketing channels from a single source, enabling its clients to apply marketing spend more efficiently.
The My Media Group is a media company that handles an annual media budget of more than a billion euros on behalf of its 500+ clients. Describing itself as a leader in the development of media strategies targeted directly at acquiring customers, the company operates primarily in the e-commerce space.
