Stuttgart - A German insurance company is acquiring five yet-to-be-built apartment buildings on Feldmochinger Strasse in Munich by way of a forward deal. Construction has commenced. The "Daheim" project comprises a total of 74 apartments with associated underground parking spaces on a site area of around 5,600 square meters in an urban location with park character in the north of Munich. The project relies on a sustainable and ecological energy supply. Completion is scheduled for early 2026. The seller is a property company of the Geiger Group. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.
