Annika Scharr advises on both buy- and sell-side real estate asset and share deals, handling individual and portfolio transactions as well as project developments. She also advises on all aspects of real estate law and has extensive expertise in commercial leases. In contentious matters, Annika represents her clients both in and out of court.
Annika initially joined CMS in 2023. In 2025, she moved to a German corporation’s legal department as an in-house lawyer before returning to CMS.
