CMS advises GRR Garbe Retail on the sale of 23 local retail properties to Peakside and Stoke Park

Hamburg – Peakside Capital Advisors and Stoke Park Capital have jointly acquired a portfolio of 23 local retail properties from GRR Garbe Retail Real Estate, one of the leading experts in local retail properties. The properties originate from a mandate from a German institutional investor. Details of the purchase price were not disclosed.

The portfolio comprises around 46,600 square metres of rental space. Prior to the sale, most of the lease agreements were extended, giving the portfolio a weighted average lease term (WALT) of over four years. The properties are spread across different locations in Germany.
