Düsseldorf/Frankfurt/Main – Hauck & Aufhäuser Innovative Capital Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (HAIC), a subsidiary of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG, has launched its own open-ended special alternative investment fund exclusively for directly held crypto assets, which are selected on the basis of qualitative and quantitative attributes.
In February of this year, Hauck & Aufhäuser Innovative Capital Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH was licensed by BaFin as Germany’s first fully regulated investment management company for digital assets. A CMS team advised the company on all aspects of crypto asset taxation. The CMS team advises regularly on tax law issues relating to crypto assets and blockchain-based business models, as well as on decentralised financial industry products.
Hauck & Aufhäuser Innovative Capital was established in 2020 as part of the new Digital Assets division of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG. The division brings together the bank’s entire range of products and services around digital assets.
