Yvonne Hohler is a lawyer, tax advisor and counsel in our Frankfurt office. She provides tax advice, with a focus on advising funds and investors.

In particular she advises institutional investors on the tax implications of their investments in funds in various asset classes and other financial instruments. Yvonne also advises on the tax structuring of domestic and foreign investment funds of different asset classes.

Yvonne joined CMS in 2019.
