Thomas Gerdel has long-standing experience advising his clients on all tax aspects of corporate and real estate transactions. He reviews entrepreneurial activities from a tax point of view, considering all relevant aspects such as corporate and transformation tax, sales tax and insurance tax. Thomas often works in an international context and he also has special expertise in compliance and criminal tax law.

After five years as a tax lawyer with one of the Big 4 accounting firms, Thomas joined CMS in 2007 and has been a partner since 2011.
