Berlin – LFPI Hotels Deutschland has acquired the ibis Dortmund City. The hotel, which enjoys a central location, will be extensively refurbished and added to the existing LFPI portfolio.
A CMS team headed by lead counsel Johannes Bescher advised LFPI on all legal aspects of the acquisition. LFPI is a longstanding CMS client and regularly relies on the team’s expertise.
