Stuttgart – Ulmer Posthöfe GmbH, part of the real estate arm of the Merckle Group, has acquired a Telekom property in Ulm from Demire. The property at Bahnhofplatz 2, Olgastraße 63 and 67 and Zeitblomstraße 8 offers a total of around 47,600 square metres of rental space. It is currently almost fully let to Deutsche Telekom. Other tenants include Deutsche Bank/Postbank and Deutsche Post. Merckle’s acquisition of the site is its second major office investment in the region alongside Science Park Ulm. Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.
