Fabian Spec advises on national and international tax law and accounting law. He provides comprehensive advice to companies and funds with a focus on corporate tax law. In addition, he supports high-net-worth individuals in special tax matters, including tax planning and tax compliance. As a certified tax adviser and certified valuation analyst, he is the point of contact for complex valuation issues. He also provides targeted support to non-profit organizations in implementing and ensuring compliance with tax law requirements for non-profit status.
Fabian Spec joined CMS in 2022 and was appointed as a tax adviser in 2025. Prior to this, he worked for four and a half years at an auditing company, where he specialised in valuation services.
