Munich – The stock listed private equity investment company Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has signed an agreement to acquire Gläserne Molkerei from Emmi Group. With Gläserne Molkerei, Mutares is taking over a leading company in the production of pure organic dairy products and plans to expand the sustainable growth of the dairy in the course of the acquisition. This is Mutares' third acquisition in 2023 and the transaction is expected to be completed by August 2023.
A CMS team headed by Dr Michael Wangemann and Dr Christoph Küster advised Mutares on all legal aspects of this acquisition. Mutares is thus again relying for its third acquisition in 2023 on the expertise of the team headed by the two CMS lawyers.
