Munich – A CMS team led by Stefanie Kern provided comprehensive legal advice to DW Effectum Residential and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan on the acquisition of a portfolio comprising around 300 residential units in southern Germany. The sellers were pension schemes with legal representation from Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK).
CMS tasks included structuring the transaction, performing the due diligence review and drafting and negotiating the purchase agreement and financing arrangements. The details of the transaction were not disclosed.
