CMS advises owner on the sale of the Trimaran and City Element office buildings in Prague

Stuttgart/Prague—International law firm CMS has advised the owner of the companies owning the premium office buildings Trimaran and City Element in Prague on their sale. 

With a volume of EUR 90 million the transaction is one of the most significant real estate disposals on the Czech market this year. The two modern office buildings offer more than 28,000 sqm of space to let. Both properties feature high sustainability standards, are LEED Platinum-certified and are fully leased to a strong and stable tenant base.

An international CMS team headed by relationship partner Volker Zerr and lead partner Kai Wallisch advised the seller comprehensively on this landmark transaction.
