Frankfurt/Main – The shareholders in followfood GmbH, a company which specialises in the production and sale of sustainable food, have gained greentech investor Sven Schulz as a minority shareholder. Going forward, the shared aim is to establish followfood GmbH as the leading brand in its segment and help drive the transformation towards sustainable food and sustainable corporate management in Europe.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Joachim Dietrich advised the shareholders in followfood GmbH on all legal aspects of the transaction.
