Tobias Kilian focuses on advising German and international clients on M&A and private equity transactions, restructurings as well as general corporate law issues. He also regularly provides assistance with warranty and indemnity insurance (W&I insurance) matters and advises selected start-ups through the CMS equIP programme.
In his capacity as civil-law notary, Tobias mainly acts on corporate and real estate transactions, such as complex share and asset deals, mergers or spin-offs.
Tobias joined CMS in 2009.
