CMS advises shareholders of MVC Mobile VideoCommunication on international merger with Elisa Videra

Frankfurt/Main – MVC Mobile VideoCommunication GmbH, based in Kronberg (Taunus), and the Finnish company Elisa Videra are joining forces as part of a share swap. Elisa Videra is an internationally active Finnish provider of video and digital systems. The previous sole shareholder of MVC Mobile VideoCommunication GmbH will continue to hold the majority of shares in the newly merged company. The transaction is still subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed this year.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Joachim Dietrich provided comprehensive legal advice to the former sole shareholder of MVC Mobile VideoCommunication GmbH regarding the merger.
