Hamburg – SIGNAL IDUNA has entered into a strategic partnership with Google Cloud to speed up the development of cloud-based, customer-oriented insurance products and services.
A CMS team headed by lead partners Philipp Lotze and Dr Eckart Gottschalk provided SIGNAL IDUNA with legal advice on entering into the strategic partnership with Google Cloud, which includes migrating SIGNAL IDUNA’s IT services to the cloud. In addition to negotiation of the partnership agreement itself, a particular focus of the advice was on ensuring compliance with insurance regulatory law and data protection law.
