Aline Icha-Spratte advises insurance companies on a wide range of insurance regulation issues as well as on corporate transactions and other projects, such as setting up companies, mergers, ownership control, portfolio transfers, reorganisations, outsourcing, capital investments and launching new products. Aline Icha-Spratte also advises insurers and insurance intermediaries on numerous commercial and insurance distribution law issues as well as on the introduction of new international (digital) insurance products on the German market. In addition, Aline’s practice covers industrial insurance law, including litigation, with a focus on credit insurance and business insurance. She also advises on health insurance law.

Aline Icha-Spratte started her career with Icha & Coll in 2011. Before joining CMS in 2017, she worked as an in-house lawyer at an insurance company from 2013 to 2016.
