Düsseldorf – Technia, a global knowledge leader in PLM and Engineering, has acquired the DESYS Group, a leading Dassault Systèmes partner in Germany, by way of a 100% share deal. The Desys Group provides PLM software solutions, services and its own software products.
A CMS team headed by Dr Ernst-Markus Schuberth, Dr Barbara Bittmann, Katharina Mareike Franitza and Johanna Weise advised Technia on all legal aspects of the transaction. The advice also covered structuring of the deal.
