The ABB group has sold its worldwide industrial furnace activities to ABP Induction, LLC (USA). ABP Induction, LLC, is controlled by CM Acquisitions, a financial investor from Chicago, USA. A team of lawyers from CMS Hasche Sigle, led by the Stuttgart partner Dr Thomas Meyding, advised ABB on the transaction.
