Barbara Wössner's practice focuses primarily on advising multinational groups on transactions in Germany, particularly in distressed situations. She often leads an international team of lawyers from different jurisdictions on pan-European transactions. Her approach involves results-orientated project management and seeking pragmatic solutions that take account of the specifics of each case. In addition to her transactional work, she also advises clients on re-structuring, corporate reorganisation and general corporate matters.

Barbara has been with CMS since the beginning of her career as a lawyer in 1999.
