CMS Hasche Sigle advises Marposs on acquisition of Dittel Messtechnik GmbH

Stuttgart – The Italian company Marposs S.p.A., registered in Bentivoglio, Bologna, has acquired Dittel Messtechnik GmbH.

A team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by lead partner and M&A expert Dr Peter Baisch and Client Relationship Partner Dirk Loycke advised Marposs S.p.A. as in several prior transactions also on this transaction.

Marposs is a global company operating in the field of precision metrology equipment for machining operations. Dittel Messtechnik GmbH has its registered office in Landsberg am Lech near Munich and is a highly specialised company which manufactures and develops grinding process control solutions.
