Frankfurt/Main – Trishul Capital Group LLC sold its stake in Ananda GmbH, the holding company of Primavera Life Group, to one of the founders. The details of the deal were not disclosed.
A team lead by lead partners Dr Oliver Wolfgramm and Dr Hendrik Schindler advised Trishul Capital Group on all aspects of the transaction.
