Hendrik Schindler is a corporate law specialist, advising stock corporations, limited liability companies (German GmbH) and partnerships on corporate governance issues, the transformation of companies and the specific rules concerning groups (German Konzernrecht) as well as on succession planning. He regularly assists companies across all industries and financial investors with national and international mergers and acquisitions and in case of post-M&A and corporate disputes, he also represents his clients in arbitration proceedings and in court. With country-specific know-how, Hendrik is a member of the firm‘s German-French desk and advises a number of major companies on their French investments and activities.

Hendrik joined CMS in 1997 and became a partner in 2002.
