Frankfurt/Main – The COHEMI Group has acquired NOVEDAS Consulting GmbH. The transaction was supported by COHEMI's majority shareholder, Silver Investment Partners.
COHEMI is continuing its strategic expansion effort with this transaction. NOVEDAS Consulting GmbH is a consulting firm with offices in Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne. The acquisition further strengthens COHEMI's consulting services in IT and management consulting, IT project management and IT architecture. This creates an even more capable consulting network that can offer advice at a high level.
A CMS team led by partner Dr Peter Polke provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction. COHEMI has relied on the expertise of teams led by the CMS partner Dr Polke ever since it was established.
COHEMI is a growth-oriented group of companies in IT, process and organisational consulting. Its goal is to provide a comprehensive range of services. The group currently employs over 100 consultants at six locations throughout Germany. Its main headquarters is in Frankfurt/Main.
