Berlin – The Penta Hotel in Berlin's Koepenick district has changed hands. The hotel chain Leonardo has acquired the property from a closed real estate fund as part of an asset deal. Leonardo will also operate the hotel itself in the future, marking the group's sixth hotel in Berlin. The four-star hotel will undergo renovation until spring 2024 while continuing to operate and will be part of the NYX Hotels lifestyle brand from April 2024. The hotel, located on the Dahme River and opposite the historic Koepenick Castle, has 190 rooms. The group operates more than 255 hotels worldwide.
