Anne-Marie Gerstner advises listed companies on all aspects of corporate and capital markets law. With special know-how in stock corporation law and corporate governance, she advises clients on the preparation and implementation of general meetings and corporate actions as well as on public takeovers. She is a member of the "Stock Corporation Law / Listed Companies" excellence cluster.
