Alexander Gaul advises on German and international M&A transactions, including planning and carrying out the legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and implementing the transaction. He acts on behalf of strategic and private equity investors as well as medium-sized companies. Alexander also provides ongoing corporate law advice on restructurings, incorporations as well as capital measures and financing rounds.
