Alexander von Quistorp specialises in intellectual property law, advising listed and medium-sized companies on all aspects of IP law with a focus on competition matters (German Unfair Competition Act/UWG). He also advises his clients on the protection and defence of their trademarks and patents and has special
e-commerce (B2B/B2C) and life sciences sector expertise.
Alexander joined CMS in 2024. Prior to that, he worked as a trainee at major international law firms in Hamburg and Munich.
