Andreas Heim regularly advises clients on all aspects of commercial contracts and commercial litigation across a wide range of industry sectors including the automotive, consumer goods, child safety, telecommunication and technology, and the retail industry. In these areas, Andreas has been involved in numerous commercial litigation law suits, including several high-profile litigation proceedings in relation to domestic and cross-border business disputes and product liability cases.

Andreas has extensive experience handling product liability crisis scenarios and regularly advises on product recalls and product warnings. In the area of product liability matters, Andreas particularly defends manufacturers in an out of court against product liability claims and enforces product liability claims in the supply chain. Andreas also regularly advises liability insurers in defending their policyholders against such product liability claims.

Andreas' practice in the area of commercial contracts covers all types of general commercial agreements and in particular multi-jurisdictional procurement agreements. Andreas also advises his clients on the development of procurement strategies, in particular in the area of the global standardization of template contracts. In this area, Andreas has particular experience with procurement agreements to be used within all of the client's countries of operations in substantially identical form ("one world one contract"). Andreas also has substantial experience in the automation of procurement contracts ("smart contracts").

Andreas also regularly advises clients on all aspects of advertising and trade practice issues (UWG).
