With a focus on e-commerce, Anna Carla Sommer-Weisel advises digital platform providers on platform regulation, consumer protection law and data protection law matters.
She also advises companies in a range of sectors on the legally compliant structuring of their business operations, including in the areas of purchasing, production and distribution, and drafts and reviews contracts as well as general terms and conditions. In cases of liability for defects and product liability, as well as in the event of other defaults, Anna Carla represents clients in and out of court to enforce claims against business partners.
