CMS advises Württembergische Lebensversicherung on the sale of Indupark Center Dortmund

Stuttgart – Redevco, one of Europe's largest private real estate companies, has added another retail park to the "REDOS Einzelhandel Deutschland III" fund portfolio with its acquisition of the Indupark-Center Dortmund. The seller is Württembergische Lebensversicherung. The property comprises around 25,184m2 of rental space, which is let to a total of 30 companies – including anchor tenants such as Kaufland, MediaMarkt and dm. The retail park was originally built in 1976 and extensively renovated in 2013. The occupancy rate is 99%. The size of the land itself is 93,838m2 and it has 1,407 car parking spaces.
