Antonia Stoffers specialises in IP and IT law, with a focus on software law. She is experienced in drafting and negotiating IT and IP-related contracts, especially platform licences, SaaS and IT support contracts, also considering open source implications. Antonia furthermore represents rights holders in trademark, name and domain infringement proceedings in and out of court and provides data protection law advice. Apart from medium-sized enterprises, Antonia’s clients include start-ups, which she advises in particular on the development of their IP rights concept.
