Düsseldorf – BRENNTAG has acquired all shares in Gefahrenstoffzentrum (GSZ) Kaiserslautern GmbH. GSZ is a leading toll manufacturing service provider for mixing and blending, filling, storage and logistics of chemical products in South-West Germany. Through the acquisition, Brenntag is increasing its local capacity for regional customers and expanding its own product portfolio. The details of the transaction were not disclosed.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Christopher von Lilien-Waldau and Counsel Dr. Nora Zabel advised BRENNTAG on all legal aspects of the transaction.
