Düsseldorf – TFC Europe Ltd., an AFC Industries Inc. company and a leading supplier of engineered components, has acquired Verucon Fasteners and Logistics GmbH, based in Gotha, Germany. Verucon is a specialized supplier of fasteners and services to various manufacturing sectors in Germany and worldwide. The company has specialized CNC machining capabilities that complement TFC's existing capabilities in the region and add to TFC's strong position in Europe as a provider of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services for C-parts.
A CMS team led by partner Dr Sebastian Becker provided legal advice to TFC Europe and AFC Industries on the acquisition, in particular on the due diligence, the share purchase agreement and the managing director employment contracts.
