Real estate specialist Benedikt Esser advises and supports German and international property owners, investors and project developers in all matters of real estate law, including buy-side and sell-side real estate and portfolio transactions and commercial tenancy and lease law. In the context of real estate transactions, his practice covers the due diligence as well as drafting and negotiating purchase agreements. In the context of asset management, he applies his in-depth expertise in tenancy and lease law, drafting tailored commercial rental and lease agreements and advising his clients during contract negotiations.
