Björn Frische‘s practice focuses on insolvency administration and judicial receivership. He is regularly appointed to give legal opinions as well as act as (preliminary) insolvency administrator, custodian and official receiver. Björn also advises creditors on all legal issues pertaining to insolvencies and companies in need of restructuring.
Björn joined CMS in 2004 from the legal department of Leipzig Regional Council and became a partner of CMS in 2014.
