Leipzig, 20.11.2024 – Appsfactory Group – Germany's leading agency for digital products, design, consulting, applications and cloud services – has acquired Berlin-based cloud and platform specialist “Büro am Draht”. This strategic acquisition strengthens Appsfactory's position as a provider of state-of-the-art digital infrastructure solutions and expands its expertise in backend and cloud applications.
For over 25 years, Büro am Draht has successfully supported customers such as SAP and Audi in their digital transformation, specializing in cloud architectures, Java and TypeScript development, AWS solutions, identity management and vehicle configurators. The team will continue to operate as an independent unit within the Appsfactory Group under the leadership of the previous managing directors, who will remain minority shareholders.
The acquisition brings the Appsfactory Group's presence in Berlin to a total of 70 employees. Critical infrastructure operators, government ministries and the public sector will now benefit from an even broader range of services and a partner that sets new standards in both technology and strategy. Together, innovative solutions will be developed in the future to meet the growing demand for specialized backend and cloud services.
