Berlin – CMS Hasche Sigle appointed six new partners from four areas of law at the beginning of the year. "We are delighted with the new partner appointments, which see highly qualified individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset joining our partnership," said managing partner Dr Hubertus Kolster. "We can look back on a very successful year, to which the excellent lawyers now appointed as partners have also contributed."

By providing practical advice which is tailored to the specific need, combined with high quality standards, CMS has gained the trust of clients, Hubertus Kolster continued. CMS Germany has been able to gain market share despite an even tougher competitive environment. Kolster added that this achievement had been made possible by everyone within CMS Hasche Sigle and resulted from their exceptional commitment to clients. CMS Hasche Sigle has underlined its position at the forefront of German commercial law firms, commented a delighted Kolster. This was demonstrated not only by corresponding surveys but also by the awards the firm has won, he continued. The firm gained major new clients and handled a range of complex transactions and projects. Hubertus Kolster: "International expansion allied with a strong regional focus on individual sectors are key factors behind the strong position enjoyed by CMS, and these new partner appointments are aimed at extending that position."
