Constanze Schweidtmann advises national and international companies, as well as the public sector, on all matters relating to public commercial law. She possesses in-depth expertise in administrative law and administrative procedural law, foreign trade law, and building planning and building regulations law. A particular focus of Constanze Schweidtmann’s work lies in the area of public law compliance and advising on ESG compliance.

Constanze joined CMS in 2023.
